Role & responsibilities
Manage daily restaurant operations efficiently.
Welcome guests and provide skilled and courteous service.
Take and process customer orders accurately.
Coordinate with the kitchen and service team to ensure timely food delivery.
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and hygiene.
Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Follow restaurant SOPs, policies, and operational procedures.
Maintain proper coordination between kitchen, service, cashier, and management teams.
Monitor stock and report shortages or operational requirements to the concerned manager.
Ensure proper handling of restaurant equipment and company property.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
Assist in maintaining a positive and skilled working environment.
Support the team during busy hours, special events, and peak business periods.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager or management.
