Essential Qualification/ Experience-: For Field Worker: 12th pass with 2 years of experience in field work/community engagement OR PG in relevant subject/field. For Research Nurse: Three-yearGeneralNursing and Midwife (GNM) course
Desirable-:
Experience in household surveys, community-based research, or public health field activities.
Experience in participant enrolment, informed consent, and biological sample collection/transportation, wherever applicable.
Familiarity with electronic data collection tools (e.g., tablets/mobile applications, REDCap, ODK, Epicollect or similar platforms).
Positive communication and interpersonal skills with community engagement experience.
Ability to travel extensively and work in rural and field settings.
Role & responsibility-: For Field Worker
Conduct household visits and communitybased data collection. •Assist in participant enrolment and informed consent procedures.
Collect field data and biological specimens, wherever applicable.
Facilitate community engagement and follow-up visits.
Maintain field records and assist in logisticsfor research activities. For Project Nurse
Conduct participant screening, enrolment and informed consent.
Perform clinical assessments and biologicalsample collection.
Assist in implementation of clinical and community-based research protocols.
Maintain participant records and study documentation. •Coordinate participant followup and support research activities
Consolidated Emolument-: 20,000 + HRA as admissible
Project Duration: 36 Months
