Role & responsibilities
Draft the complex technical documents such as RFPs, RFIs and Statements of Work (SOW), Master Service Agreements (MSA), and other related agreements in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Developing a framework for evaluating each element of the proposal
Writing winning proposals that include supporting materials such as diagrams, graphs, flowcharts, etc.




Reviewing proposals written by others to ensure compliance with company standards
Preparing a written analysis of each proposal for the clients review
Reviewing and editing the clients responses to proposals to ensure they are consistent with the companys standards
Presenting proposals in person to clients or other stakeholders within the company
Writing reports summarizing the results of each proposal’s impact on the company
Creating detailed outlines of each proposal’s key points and arguments
Follow-up with various procurement organizations soliciting for new business

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or related field; MBA preferred
0 - 1 year of hands-on experience is added advantage
Previous experience in working with various government procurement organizations in North America
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Robust knowledge of North American and European markets
