RoleOverview:

Project Coordinator will lead the HR transformation projects . This person will coordinate, integrate, andensure project outcomes. .

Your Impact on theMission:
Define project governance, structure, cadence andformat of status reporting
Develop and maintain key project documents, such asproject plan, project charter, risk & issue log, dependencies matrix, etc.
Determine and define project scope and objectives
Coordinate / drive resources towards the requiredproject deliverables
Manage changes and their impact on projectdeliverables and constraints
Manage stakeholders and communication inmulticultural setting
Provide project updates on a consistent basis tovarious stakeholders about project progress, risk, issues and dependencies
Prepare and track project costs
Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers byassigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
Utilize industry best practices, techniques, andstandards throughout entire project execution
Measure projectperformance to identify areas for improvement





What Youll Bring to TheTable About You:
3+ years proven workexperience in project management
Hands-on experiencewith business application implementation projects
Extensive knowledgeand use of industry-standard project methodologies (waterfall, agile), tools,techniques and standards (PMBoK, PRINCE 2, etc.)
Bachelors ormasters degree in or equivalent experience in industry related discipline
Project managementcertification is an advantage (PMI, PRINCE, etc)
Fluent English withexcellent written and verbal communication skills
Proactivity andproblem-solving intention
Skilled at workingeffectively with cross-functional teams
Cross-culturalcommunication experience will be an advantage
