Job Responsibilities:
Generate leads for Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP) through branch, open market, referrals, and other channels.
Contact potential customers and understand their financial and loan requirements.
Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation requirements.
Coordinate with customers for document collection and completion of the application process.
Coordinate with credit, operations, and other internal teams for loan processing and approval.
Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
Maintain regular follow-up with customers from lead generation to loan disbursement.
Develop and maintain relationships with customers, builders, DSAs, and channel partners.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance as per company policies.

Candidate Profile:
Graduate in any discipline.
1 to 3 years of experience in Home Loan / LAP / Mortgage Sales preferred.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid sales and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented and willing to work in the field.
Freshers with valuable communication and sales aptitude may also be considered.
