Role & responsibilities
Prior experience in UAE Last Mile Logistics or Courier Operations is highly preferred.
Experience in coordinating pickup operations, driver allocation, route planning, and shipment tracking.
Basic knowledge of fleet operations and transportation planning.
Familiarity with Transportation Management Systems (TMS), courier management systems, or logistics platforms is an advantage.
Robust communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across Operations, Warehouse, Customer Service, and Sales teams.
Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
13 years of experience in courier, express, logistics, e-commerce, or last-mile operations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic MIS reporting is essential, including the ability to prepare daily operational reports and analyze performance metrics.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced, target-driven operational setting while maintaining high service levels.
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
