Responsibilities
Monitor and Govern Performance KPI across Global Service Supply chain functions
Root cause Analysis and Drive actions by collaborating with Supply chain functions
Scenario simulation and Recovery Plan assessments to give insight to business-critical decisions
Explore/ define/ adjust system setups, automation which can reduce complexity in the process and support efficiency improvement

Qualifications
Preferably graduate/postgraduate in any technical stream
5+ years of experience from a global international supply chain functions Data Analytics
Proven experience in applying supply chain principles and methods including reporting
Should have interest or experience in handling data to extract business insights
Working knowledge in SQL/R/Python is preferable

Competencies

Technical Skills:
Valuable knowledge in SAP (MM, SD module specifically), MS Excel
Ability to understand the Master data parameters and its implications on the planning side
Analytical approach towards problem solving (8D, Fishbone etc.)
Basic to Advance statistical knowledge




Ability to understand the complex supply chain network and its intricacies

Personal skills:
Cross cultural understanding is a must
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Excellent stakeholder management skills
Working style should be well structured, proactive, adaptable and persistent
Ability to communicate complex supply chain information in a easy and transparent manner
Good system and business understanding
Ability to work on Ambiguity to provide clarity and sail through the murky water
Not restricting himself/herself within the Roles Responsibilities boundaries and willingness to reach out for getting things done
Challenging the status quo
