customer-focused individuals to join our team as Inside Sales Consultants.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls and WhatsApp chats.
Understand customer requirements and convert leads into sales.
Build customer relationships and ensure a seamless buying experience.
Maintain accurate CRM records.
Coordinate with internal teams to achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
D.Pharm/B.Pharm preferred but not mandatory.
02 years of experience.
Freshers & Immediate Joiners Preferred.
Required Skills
Solid communication and sales skills.
Customer-centric approach.
Comfortable using CRM and digital tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Language Requirements
English (Mandatory)
Hindi (Mandatory)
Kannada, Telugu, Bengali or any additional regional language is a plus.
