Job description

Education:

BE/BTech / MTech in Civil Engineering; PG in Construction/Project Management is an added advantage

Experience:

15+years/ 18+ years in project management in relevant sector (Residential/ Commercial/ Hospitality/

Healthcare/ Industrial) out of which at least 3 years as Project Head/ Project Manager for any project from start to

completion

Technical Knowledge

: Solid domain knowledge in civil / structural and overall exposure to MEPF and services

Software Skills: Knowledge of Primavera P6/MS Project, MS Office, Exposure to Power BI/ Data Analytics tools

Soft Skills

Excellent leadership and team building capabilities

Solid communication and negotiation skills

Conflict resolution and managerial expertise

Agile, team-oriented and customer centric approach

Key Roles & Responsibilities
Be the brand ambassador for TQ Cert, inculcating TATA Group core values in the team, promoting healthy work culture
Overall responsibility for Project delivery as per the project goals and achieving client delight with a client centric approach
Adopt safety first approach, inculcate safety culture in team, implement safety plans and protocols
Define and implement project delivery strategies and project execution plan,



integrate and implement digital tools in project
management
Lead the team in planning, executing, tracking all functions of project management covering design management, procurement
management, contract management, time cost management, quality and safety management, change management and risk
management
Prepare execution plans, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with codes and standards
Provide technical guidance to the team, empower the team, foster collaboration and help in clearing of hindrances
Ensure that, all works meet established quality standards through regular inspections and implementing quality control
procedures
Serve as the primary liaison between all stakeholders including clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
