We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Relationship Manager to join our real estate sales team in Gurugram. The candidate will be responsible for managing leads, building strong client relationships, conducting project presentations, coordinating site visits, and converting prospects into successful bookings.
Key Responsibilities
Handle and follow up with leads generated through various channels.
Understand clients' requirements, budgets, and investment objectives.
Present and explain real estate projects, pricing, payment plans, amenities, and investment potential.
Schedule and coordinate site visits with prospective clients.
Maintain regular follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, and meetings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Negotiate effectively and drive leads towards closure.
Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in the CRM.
Coordinate with pre-sales, site teams, CRM, and management for smooth client handling.
Generate referrals and repeat business through excellent client relationships.
Provide regular sales and lead-status reports to the reporting manager.
Candidate Requirements
Graduate/MBA in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in real estate sales or a similar sales/client-facing role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent convincing and negotiation abilities.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Robust follow-up and client-handling skills.
Professional personality with valuable presentation skills.
Good knowledge of Gurugram's real estate market will be an advantage.
Comfortable with field visits and client meetings.
