Responsibilities:
Manage and expand business operations across overseas Market
Develop and implement market entry strategies for sports products in the region
Build relationships with distributors, partners and key stakeholders
Monitor market trends, competitor activities and regulatory changes
Ensure compliance with trade agreements and local regulations
Collaborate with internal teams to align sales and marketing efforts

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business or related field
5+ years of experience in international business management
Knowledge of Overseas markets and trade regulations
Solid communication and negotiation skills

Ability to travel frequently
