Roles and Responsibilities
Manage breakdown maintenance activities for water system and HVAC systems, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Coordinate with utility teams to ensure smooth operation of chillers, AHUs, air compressors, cooling towers, and other HVAC equipment.
Managing team for operation and maintenance of all equipment's of Water system. Preparation and managing for audits of the client as per their guidelines
Planning, Scheduling maintenance of Purified water generation and distribution system, WFI storage tank and distribution system, pure steam generation system
Responsible for installation of recent machinery in projects and its qualification and documentation. Implementing recent working techniques and SOP for productive working of uni




Sanitization/Chemical cleaning of water system equipment Performed steam quality test
Prepared the documentation of water system related breakdown, deviation, change control, through GMP pro software. Ensure all Validation, Qualification, Calibrations and preventive maintenance done as per schedule and records maintained
Improvement, continuous review and up gradation of existing procedure, SOPs and work systems to ensure their strict implementation revision and training. Responsible for Managing of HVAC system
