Job Responsibilities
Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching materials.
Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular physical stock verification.
Handle inward and outward material entries in the system.
Coordinate with production, purchase, sales, and logistics teams for material movement.
Ensure proper identification, storage, and arrangement of materials.
Monitor inventory levels and report shortages, excess stock, or discrepancies.
Prepare and maintain delivery challans, stock reports, and other warehouse documents.
Ensure proper housekeeping, safety, and security within the warehouse.
Follow FIFO and standard warehouse procedures.
Support loading and unloading activities and coordinate with transporters.
