Zucker Decor India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads. The ideal candidate should be capable of generating high-quality leads through digital campaigns while actively sourcing leads through channel partners, builders, site visits, referrals, and other business development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to generate quality leads.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize for improved lead quality and reduced cost per lead.
Generate business leads through builders, channel partners, and referral networks.
Conduct site visits to apartment handover projects, construction sites, and builder locations to identify potential business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, builders, and referral sources to generate consistent business leads.
Meet with channel partners regularly to strengthen relationships and encourage continuous lead referrals.
Coordinate closely with the sales team to ensure timely lead follow-ups, improve lead quality, and maximize conversions.
Handle basic website updates and manage CRM lead entries, tracking, and follow-ups.
Prepare weekly and monthly campaign performance reports.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Proven experience in lead generation and campaign optimization.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel for builder meetings and site visits.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
