Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain servers, network equipment, and software applications.
Monitor system performance and take corrective actions as needed.
Perform routine maintenance and upgrades to hardware and software.
Develop and implement backup and disaster recovery procedures.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to systems and networks.
Document system configurations, procedures, and policies.
Managing Network Firewalls and network related troubleshooting.
Managing Backups and restorations.
Experience on Antivirus software's and their related issues troubleshooting
Coordinating with UPS, EPABX & CCTV Vendors.
Experience on Asset management of systems and software's
Monitor system performance & Event log reviews and troubleshooting.

Requirements and skills
At least 1+ years of experience in system administration role
Experience on Microsoft Services like AD /DNS /DHCP /GPO.
Knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems




Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure
Knowledge of network protocols and technologies
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team setting
