Responsibilities

Walter P Moore is currently seeking to hire a full time HR Intern in our Ahmedabad office.

As the HR Intern, you will:
Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
Actively undertake the initial screening process
Understand the job specifications and skills required to perform the job
Coordinate and arrange telephonic or face to face interviews
Conduct employee on boarding and help organizing training and development initiatives
Practice timely follow ups and ensure smooth closure
Ensure compliance with labour regulations
Handle exit formalities
Manage leave data and aid employees on issues related to leaves
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications
MBA or Master’s in Human Resources Management
6 to 9 months of internship experience on similar role is a plus




Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
