Responsibilities
Manage the ServiceNow ticket queue for the APJ region
Process employee lifecycle transactions, including onboarding, offboarding, role changes, and perks administration, ensuring a smooth and proficient experience.
Proactively identify needed improvements and enhancements to existing processes to decrease ticket volume
Assist with the documentation and efficiency of core HR operations processes through knowledge articles and internal playbooks
Serve as a key leader and trusted partner with various cross-functional teams to execute programs and policies at scale
Navigate and manage employee inquiries and ensure full resolution of problems while maintaining a high level of employee satisfaction through precision, timely, and employee-centric support
Understand our broader HR strategy and processes to architect, develop and implement scalable, flexible solutions that are extensible to our business needs
Manage the bi-weekly Current Hire Welcome call
Familiar with foundational HR concepts and able to educate and be a point of contact for employees and other internal stakeholders
Requirements
Highly inspiring, enthusiastic,

Proficient in Workday and ServiceNow systems preferred
