Senior Lead Engineer AI Platform engineer
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Platform Engineer to serve as a technical leader and architect responsible for designing building and evolving Guardians enterprise AI Platform.
This role will provide architecture leadership across the AI platform stack spanning:
Experience Plane AI developer experience SDKs AI Studio agent builder frameworks developer portals and reusable platform assets
Control Plane AI governance policy enforcement guardrails evaluation frameworks AI registry observability and FinOps
Execution Plane Agent runtimes LLM inference orchestration frameworks MCP services AI gateways RAG infrastructure and production operations
The ideal candidate is a hands-on architect capable of defining platform standards building reusable capabilities solving complex engineering challenges and driving enterprise adoption of AI and Agentic technologies.
Required
7 years of AI Platform Engineering experience.
3 years designing cloud-native distributed platforms.
3 years architecting AI/ML or GenAI platforms.
Proven experience building enterprise-grade platform capabilities.
Preferred
Experience building Control Plane architectures.
Experience with enterprise-scale AI governance.
Experience supporting production GenAI workloads.
Experience building AI platforms within regulated industries.
