About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Service Manager to lead service and operational activities in the chiller/refrigeration industry. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in service management production & operations quality management and team leadership along with a focus on continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Manage service and operational activities for chiller/refrigeration systems.
Lead and coordinate service teams to ensure smooth and timely execution.
Monitor service quality and ensure customer requirements are addressed effectively.
Coordinate with internal teams for service-related activities and operational requirements.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and operational processes.
Lead people and manage team performance.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
Support Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
Monitor technical and system-related service requirements.
