The ideal candidate will proactively address concerns through regular stay interviews, resolve conflicts swiftly, and maintain accurate records of worker engagement and performance. With a solid emphasis on people management and site coordination, the Staff Supervisor also contributes to the development of future leaders and ensures seamless onboarding for new team members. This role is essential to maintaining productivity, morale, and safety across multiple project locations.
Requirements
2–6 years of hands -on experience in construction or infrastructure site supervision.
Proven experience in labor management,
site coordination, and workforce handling.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to lead and support teams.
Fluency in the local language of the assigned region.
A proactive problem -solving mindset with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
Prior construction industry experience is highly preferred.
Relevant Experience: 2 years in labor management, labor handling, site supervising, or site coordination within the infrastructure/construction sector.
