Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Business & Data Analyst to support a
strategic, enterprise-wide transformation of the end-to-end client financial
workflow. This role will serve as a senior analytical leader within the program,
responsible for driving business requirements, end‑to‑end process redesign, data
insights, and analytical solutions that modernize legacy processes and enable
automation, AI-driven capabilities, and a up-to-date technology ecosystem.

The Lead Business & Data Analyst will work closely with the Director of Program
Delivery, cross-functional business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure
the program delivers measurable business value, improved operational efficiency,
and enhanced data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Analysis & Process Transformation
Lead end-to-end business requirements gathering across multiple functional
areas (Finance, Operations, Accounting, Sales/Account Management).
Translate strategic objectives into explicit business needs, functional
requirements,



and acceptance criteria.
Conduct current-state and future-state process mapping, identifying gaps,
inefficiencies, and automation opportunities.
Partner with process owners to redesign workflows and ensure alignment with
enterprise standards.

Data Analysis & Insights
Analyze complex financial, operational, and client data to identify trends,
root causes, and prospects for optimization.
Develop data models, business rules, and analytical frameworks to support
forecasting, reporting, and performance measurement.
Validate data quality and work with technical teams to ensure data integrity
across systems.

Solution Design & Technology Enablement
Collaborate with engineers, AI solution teams, and business partners to
translate business needs into actionable technical requirements.
Contribute to the design of AI-enabled use cases, automation logic, and
decision-support tools.
