Job Description: Senior QA Specialist

Overview
We are seeking a Senior QA Specialist with deep expertise in both front-end and backend testing to ensure the quality performance and reliability of our data-driven
applications and platforms. This role requires hands-on experience across Snowflake Azure and Selenium coupled with a solid understanding of ETL pipelines data validation
and continuous integration environments.
Key Responsibilities
Design develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for data pipelines APIs and web applications (front-end and back-end).
Conduct functional regression and performance testing to validate system stability and identify bottlenecks.
Build and maintain automated test frameworks using Selenium PyTest or equivalent tools.
Validate data transformations and business rules across Databricks and Azure Data Services like ADF.
Collaborate with developers data engineers and business analysts to define quality standards and acceptance criteria.
Monitor production releases and assist in root cause analysis for defects and performance issues.
Develop Automation Framework thats re-usable for all pods
Required Qualifications

10 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Software Testing.
Proven ability to perform front-end testing (UI automation browser compatibility usability) using Selenium/WebDriver.
Solid back-end testing experience - validating APIs ETL flows and database-level checks using Databricks and SQL.
Hands-on experience with Azure Data Services including Azure Data Factory and Data Lake.
Understanding of performance testing tools (JMeter or similar).
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development environments and test management tools (JIRA Azure Test Plans).
Experience with Streamlit snowflake
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
Exposure to Python-based test automation and Databricks Notebooks.
Experience with Power BI or other BI validation tools.
Knowledge of data governance data quality metrics and validation frameworks.
Ability to analyze logs query large datasets and support test automation frameworks in a cloud workplace.
