strategic leader who can drive revenue through deep agency partnerships,
innovative solutions, and robust digital market understanding.

JioStar's Entertainment Ads Agency Partnerships team connects India's largest
media agencies / marketers to hundreds of millions of consumers across the
country's most-watched premium entertainment streaming properties. We sit at the
intersection of content, culture, and commerce — responsible for building the
revenue engine that turns audience scale into measurable business outcomes for
brands and agencies alike. Our mandate spans the full agency ecosystem: from
national trading conversations to bespoke content-led brand integrations. We

Key Responsibilities

Agency Relationship Management
Own and manage relationships with predominantly one large global agency
network.
Build and maintain robust connections with senior stakeholders, central
trading teams, and key decision-makers
Act as the primary point of contact for strategic discussions and partnership
growth

Revenue & Deal Structuring
Lead negotiations and closure of annual incentive deals and trading
agreements
Drive revenue growth through both branding and performance-led solutions
Identify upsell and cross-sell prospects across agency portfolios

Strategic Advisory
Provide consultative support to agencies on digital strategy, media planning,
and campaign optimization
Position the organization as a preferred partner through thought leadership
and insi
