Your key responsibilities as a French Product Support Analyst will include:
Managing customer queries via calls, emails, chats, and the customer portal within defined SLAs
Performing first‑level investigation and resolution of product issues and service requests
Coordinating with internal teams to resolve complex cases and provide timely updates
Ensuring skilled, customer‑focused communication at all times
Meeting performance metrics related to quality, turnaround time, and customer satisfaction
Maintaining product knowledge and contributing to knowledge articles





You will need the following experience and skills to join us as a French Product Support Analyst:
You must have at least 2 years of experience in a French‑speaking support or service desk role
You will have strong verbal and written communication skills in French and English
You should have a good understanding of MS Office tools and service desk systems
You will demonstrate strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
You should have basic knowledge of the financial domain, with fund data as an added advantage
