ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a skilled Backend Engineer with at least 4 years of
skilled software development experience. The ideal candidate should have
solid hands-on experience in Python backend development, asynchronous
programming, API design, real-time communication, and event-driven systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using
Python.
Build real-time communication features using WebSockets and frameworks such
as FastAPI or Django Channels.




Work with Redis Streams for event-driven data processing, messaging, and
asynchronous workflows.
Manage database schema changes and migrations using tools such as Alembic or
Django migrations.
Design, implement, and optimize ORM-based data models and database queries.
Write and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure code quality,
reliability, and maintainability.
Use Git for version control and Docker for containerized development and
deployment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable system
architectures and improve CI/CD practices.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance across backend
services and infrastructure components.
Contribute to code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvement
of engineering practices.
