Key Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive nursing care in accordance with hospital policies and clinical guidelines.
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor patients' vital signs, clinical condition, and response to treatment.
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
Supervise, mentor, and support junior nurses and nursing assistants.
Ensure compliance with infection prevention and control protocols.
Respond promptly to medical emergencies and participate in code blue situations.
Coordinate with doctors, allied health specialists, and other departments to ensure continuity of care.




Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions.
Ensure proper handling, storage, and documentation of medications and medical equipment.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives, audits, and accreditation activities.
Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold ethical and legal standards of nursing practice.
Assist in orientation and training of newly recruited nursing staff.
Report clinical incidents, patient safety concerns, and equipment malfunctions promptly.
