To lead and manage the end-to-end retail credit monitoring function,
ensuring portfolio health, regulatory compliance and strategic alignment
with the bank’s risk appetite.
Assessment of credit exposures.
Early identification of potential credit deterioration, Stress testing –
processes, compliance, product, underwriting.
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in banking credit products,
regulatory frameworks, and portfolio analytics.
The role involves oversight of portfolio analytics and digital
transformation initiatives across all retail lending products like Credit
card, Gold Loan, MFI, LAP/ HL, EL, PL, wheelers (2W/4W/CV), Equipment (CE/
HCF/ ML), LAS etc.
