Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales
efforts in Kakinada. This role involves driving revenue growth, managing a sales
team, and fostering strong client relationships within the assigned territory.

Job Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets
in the Kakinada region.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing guidance
and support to enhance their performance.
Identify and cultivate recent business opportunities, including prospecting, lead
generation, and client acquisition.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, understanding
their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and inform
sales strategies.
Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance reviews to
senior management.
Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring profitability and customer
satisfaction.




Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment
of sales efforts with overall business objectives.
Manage the sales budget effectively and optimize resource allocation.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.

Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience, with at least 2 years in a
sales management role.
Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Solid leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
In-depth knowledge of the Kakinada market and local business landscape is
highly desirable.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a quick-paced
environment.
