Description
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Convert purchase requisitions into purchase orders and manage open PO reports effectively
Collaborate with suppliers for order acknowledgements, confirmations, and delivery commitments
Maintain accurate ERP updates, including confirmation dates and material master data
Partner with plant teams to resolve PO-related queries and ensure alignment
Analyze supply-demand requirements and release materials to maintain optimal inventory levels
Execute and manage system exception messages (expedite, defer, etc.) in ERP systems such as SAP/Oracle
Coordinate with suppliers to track deliveries, maintain promise dates, and improve reliability
Work closely with global stakeholders to ensure material availability and continuity
Support supplier relationship management initiatives and enhance supplier performance
Collaborate with finance teams to ensure timely supplier payments
Manage material master setup, audits, and data accuracy within ERP systems




Handle MRO procurement activities from requisition to PO conversion
Validate supplier lead times and ensure alignment with delivery commitments
Support reporting requirements for customers, suppliers, and management reviews
Escalate supply or delivery issues proactively to planning and supply chain teams
Resolve invoice discrepancies by working on parked or blocked invoice reports
Negotiate with suppliers to achieve competitive pricing and delivery performance while supporting inventory goals
