WEFIT Interiors is a premium interior fit-out and renovation company specializing in luxury villas, apartments, offices, retail spaces, and commercial interiors. We are looking for an energetic Business Development Executive who can convert company-generated leads into satisfied clients through excellent communication, relationship building, and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities
Contact and follow up with all company-provided leads via phone, WhatsApp, email, and in-person meetings.
Understand client requirements, budget, timeline, and project expectations.
Schedule office meetings, virtual meetings, and site visits with prospective clients.
Coordinate with the design and estimation teams to prepare quotations and proposals.
Present company services, design concepts,



and project proposals to clients.
Build robust relationships with clients throughout the sales process.
Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within company guidelines.
Convert qualified leads into confirmed projects by maintaining consistent follow-up.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, quotations, and sales activities in the CRM.
Ensure prompt responses to client inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Work closely with the Project Management and Design teams for a smooth handover after project confirmation.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Achieve individual monthly sales, conversion, and revenue targets.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in sales or business development.
Experience in Interior Fit-Out, Construction, Archite
