Role Description
Design, develop, and maintain Ruby on Rails applications
Write clean, maintainable, and productive Ruby code
Build robust APIs and backend services
Optimize application performance and scalability
Implement security and data protection best practices
Collaborate with Product Managers, UI/UX designers, and frontend teams
Integrate third-party services and APIs
Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers
Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems
