Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead business growth by developing current client relationships, managing key accounts, and driving revenue across our travel products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the travel industry, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to maximize repeat business.
Promote domestic holiday packages, group tours, MICE, FIT, hotel bookings, flights, visas, and other travel services.
Conduct sales presentations, client meetings, and product demonstrations.
Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close business opportunities.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery.




Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses for management.
Represent the company at travel exhibitions, networking events, and industry conferences.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
3–7 years of sales experience in the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry.
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Solid network within the travel or corporate sector is an advantage.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
