Responsibilities
- 4–5 years of experience in café or restaurant management
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Robust leadership and team management abilities
- Experience in daily café operations, inventory, and staff management
- Skilled appearance and positive attitude

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Hotel Management
Candidates having a diploma with relevant experience can also be considered.
Certification in Hospitality would be preferred
Proven experience of working as a Cafe Manager or a similar role
Basic knowledge of handheld restaurant POS systems
Ability to handle coffee machines and other appliances
Outstanding team management skills
Ready to work in shifts
Exceptional customer service skills
Extraordinary communication and organizational skills
Pleasant personality with the ability to converse in multiple languages fluently

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
