About the Role

Mass Architect is hiring a Senior Architect with experience in Architectural Design, Working Drawings, Project Coordination, and Site Execution. Candidates with exposure to PMC projects, CIDCO, NAINA developments, residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Lead projects from concept design to execution.
Prepare and review architectural drawings, working drawings, and presentation documents.
Coordinate with Structural, MEP, and other consultants.
Ensure compliance with DCR, building codes, and quality standards.
Conduct site visits to resolve design and execution issues.
Deliver projects on time while maintaining design quality.
Mentor Junior Architects and support client presentations.

Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture.




2–8 years of architectural design and project execution experience.
Experience in PMC, CIDCO, NAINA, and township projects is an advantage.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, D5 Render, Enscape, Lumion, Adobe Suite, and MS Office.
Strong technical detailing, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
