Neelam Global is a leading real estate consultancy offering premium residential, commercial, and industrial properties across India and international markets.

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Business Development Executive to generate leads, build client relationships, and drive property sales.

Key Responsibilities
Generate qualified leads through cold calling, referrals, digital platforms, networking, and field activities.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable residential, commercial, or industrial properties.
Conduct follow-up calls and convert enquiries into site visits and sales opportunities.
Schedule and coordinate client meetings, property visits, and virtual presentations.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with buyers, investors, channel partners, and corporate clients.
Maintain an updated database of leads, prospects,



and customer interactions using CRM.
Coordinate with developers and internal teams to ensure smooth documentation and deal closure.
Prepare property proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.
Achieve monthly sales targets, revenue goals, and conversion KPIs.
Stay updated on market trends, pricing, competitor activities, and recent project launches.

Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and sales closing abilities.
Customer-focused with a consultative selling approach.
Ability to build relationships with HNIs, investors, and corporate clients.
Positive presentation and persuasion skills.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Eligibility
Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.
1–3 years of experience in Business Developmen
