Interaction with Client to understand requirements and achieving to their required targets
Manage the team of Project Managers, site engineers, vendors and all other personnel by effective planning, directing, controlling and motivating as needed to ensure timely completions of each project.
Sourcing Vendor suitable for Site requirement
Coordinating between various agencies working at site, architect and consultants.
Validating Quotes, bids and tenders from vendors and finalizing them in consultation with Directors.
Liaison with different Government Authorities
Coordinate with Clients and different sites to run the projects smoothly.
Monitor/ Analyse estimated quantities, cost of materials, equipment and labour to determine the project feasibility and timelines.
Handling Quality Control, Safety, Project management, site work management, Vendor management and Inventory management as needed.
Preparing monthly, weekly and daily status report and progress sheet and submitted to the Directors.
