Job Summary
We are hiring a Senior Quantity Surveyor with 10+ years of experience in residential and commercial projects. The candidate should have expertise in estimation, BOQ preparation, billing, cost control, tendering, and contract management.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and project budgets.
Handle contractor/client billing and cost control.
Manage tendering, vendor evaluation, and contracts.
Measure work completed and prepare interim/final bills.
Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely project execution.
Prepare project cost reports and maintain budget compliance.
