Responsible for sending the reports to client, ensuring accurate, timely and compliant delivery. Collaborate with internal teams to get the data on time.

What you will be responsible for:
As Apprentice you will:
Process Daily/Weekly/Monthly Client Investment Reports, Factsheet and Ad-hoc queries are completed with 100% accuracy
Process Daily/Weekly/Monthly Client Investment Reports, Factsheet and Ad-hoc queries are completed with 100% accuracy
Follow-up with upstream team and communicate report status with client facing team or client as necessary
Monitor and observe the Team Group Inbox and prioritize the requests as per the client deadline
Ensure to check and handover the EOD procedure to TLs according to the task
Willingness to work in shifts
Demonstrate ability to meet tight deadlines and possess quick TAT




Solid attention to detail and a focus on quality of the service
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Strong PC shortcut skills, specifically in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Adobe Packages in particular (InDesign and Illustrator) would be good to have.

Education & Preferred Qualifications:
University degree in accounting/finance required
Tools Knowledge – Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator
