Job Summary

Around29 IT Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and results-driven SEO Manager to lead and execute SEO strategies for our clients across multiple industries. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in technical SEO, on-page and off-page optimization, content strategy, analytics, and team management. You will be responsible for improving organic search rankings, increasing website traffic, and delivering measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and search engine rankings.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research to identify growth opportunities.
Manage and optimize on-page SEO elements, including meta tags, headings, internal linking, and content optimization.
Oversee off-page SEO activities, including high-quality link-building campaigns.




Perform technical SEO audits and work with the development team to resolve website issues.
Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
Track keyword rankings, traffic, conversions, and prepare regular performance reports.
Collaborate with content writers, designers, developers, and marketing teams to execute SEO initiatives.
Stay updated with Google's algorithm changes and industry best practices.
Mentor and manage the SEO team, ensuring timely delivery of projects and achievement of KPIs.
Identify current SEO opportunities and implement creative optimization techniques.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
5+ years of hands-on SEO experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
Robust understanding of Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, and Off-Page SEO.
