HR Executive – Plant | Manufacturing / Factory HR | Immediate Joiner

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to oversee day-to-day HR operations at our manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in a factory workplace, sound knowledge of labour laws, and the ability to independently manage plant HR activities.

This role is open only to immediate joiners with prior factory/manufacturing HR experience.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end HR operations at the plant.
Ensure compliance with Labour Laws and statutory regulations.
Handle recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave, and employee records.
Support employee engagement, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes.
Coordinate with department heads on manpower requirements and workforce planning.
Maintain HR documentation and support internal and statutory audits.





Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Minimum 3 years of HR experience in a factory/manufacturing plant (mandatory).
Strong knowledge of Indian Labour Laws, statutory compliance, and plant HR operations.
Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Candidates without prior factory/manufacturing HR experience will not be considered.
