Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate quality leads for IT and software services.
Approach potential clients through calls, meetings, emails, social media, and networking.
Promote company services including:
Website Development
Mobile App Development
Custom Software Solutions
WhatsApp Business Automation
AI Solutions & Automation
ERP & CRM Solutions
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team to propose suitable solutions.
Prepare quotations and proposals.
Negotiate pricing and close business deals.
Maintain CRM records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and conversions.
Build long-term relationships with clients and identify repeat business opportunities.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Passion for sales and business development.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Basic understanding of IT services (training will be provided).
Prior experience in IT sales or business development is an advantage but not mandatory.
