Purpose

This role oversees and organizes all production operations activities across multiple production areas.

Key Missions

We are hiring for Production Engineer based at Mahape, Navi Mumbai.

Key roles and responsibilities include:
Leads team members in Production workplace (including warehouse, vault, production quality control, dispatch, inventory)



to implement production safely, efficiently, and accurately based on safety regulations, standard operating procedures, checklists, quality standards, production plans, etc.
Assists with the implementation of lean methodology and health, safety, and environment practices
Communicates with team members on all issues
Provides performance evaluation inputs to the supervisor
Prepares work schedules and assigns workers production line tasks and machine planning as per dispatch planned
Trains and supervises recent team members to ensure process adherence via training materials like SOP, WI, or on-the-job training to implement customer requirements
Coordinates with other departments regarding other activities to ensure production flow
Supervises para-qualified employees
Sets day-to-day operational objectives for team
Faces problems that may be difficult but typically not complex
