Description
As a Senior Client Service Executive, you will play a vital role in our DeliveryMedical RCMVoice_Credentialing department. Your primary focus will be on managing client relationships and ensuring productive revenue cycle management processes. You will be responsible for overseeing a team of client service executives and ensuring the timely and accurate completion of tasks.

Responsibilities
Outbound calls to insurance companies for claim status and eligibility verification.
Handle denial documentation and take necessary actions to resolve issues.
Make calls to insurance carriers based on client appointments and follow-ups.
Work on outstanding claims reports and account receivable reports, ensuring timely resolution.
Communicate with insurance companies to obtain the status of unpaid claims and facilitate payments.
Adapt to various voice-based processes as per business needs, including insurance follow-ups and patient calling.
Maintain individual daily logs and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Meet client SLAs by completing tasks with speed and accuracy.




Foster a team-oriented team environment and assist team members in achieving shared goals.
Escalate communication and issues to seniors in a timely manner, ensuring smooth operations.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as healthcare administration, business, or finance.
Minimum 5 years of experience in medical revenue cycle management, with a focus on insurance processes.
Solid knowledge of medical billing and coding practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
Proven leadership and team management experience.
Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for revenue cycle management.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
