About the Role

Ralakde Enterprises Private Limited is looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Executive to strengthen our digital presence and generate quality leads through innovative marketing strategies. The ideal candidate should possess a robust understanding of digital marketing, content creation, paid advertising, and graphic design while being capable of executing end-to-end marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
Manage and optimize Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram Ads campaigns to maximize ROI.
Create engaging graphics, banners, social media creatives, brochures, and promotional materials.
Produce and edit marketing videos, reels, and short-form content for social media and advertising.
Develop content for social media platforms, websites, email campaigns, and promotional activities.




Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights.
Coordinate with internal teams to promote products, services, and company initiatives.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Support branding, lead generation, and customer engagement initiatives.

Eligibility
MBA in Marketing or Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication, Graphic Design, or a related field.
Freshers with exceptional skills are encouraged to apply.
Prior experience in digital marketing will be an added advantage.

Required Skills
Solid knowledge of Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads.
Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar software.
Ability to create and edit videos using tools like Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, Filmora, or similar software.
