Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, motivated, and results-driven Social Media Marketing Executive to manage and grow our brand's online presence. The ideal candidate should have a passion for social media, content creation, and digital marketing, with the ability to engage audiences and generate leads through effective campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging posts, stories, and reels.
Develop creative content ideas and write compelling captions.
Monitor audience engagement by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
Execute and optimize social media marketing campaigns.
Track performance metrics and prepare regular reports using analytics tools.
Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Collaborate with designers, video editors,



and other team members to create high-quality content.
Support lead generation and brand awareness initiatives through social media strategies.

Requirements
Experience in Social Media Marketing or Digital Marketing (Freshers with solid knowledge are also encouraged to apply).
Good understanding of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Meta Business Suite.
Basic knowledge of Canva or other content creation tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with robust organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.

Preferred Skills
Knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Basic content writing and copywriting skills.
Understanding of social media analytics and performance reporting.
