Role Overview

The Operations Manager will support the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring smooth execution across retail, distribution, events, and internal processes. This is a rapid-paced, hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and taking ownership. As B.Bath grows, so will the scope of this role.

Key Responsibilities
Retail & Distribution
Support onboarding of new retail partners and distributors.




Maintain strong relationships with retail stores and channel partners.
Coordinate product availability and stock replenishment.
Conduct regular market visits to monitor execution and identify opportunities.
Business Operations
Coordinate day-to-day operational activities across teams.
Work with logistics, warehouse, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
Help improve internal processes and operational efficiency.
Track inventory movement and support order fulfilment.
Events & Retail Activations
Coordinate store launches, kiosks, exhibitions, and pop-up events.
Manage event logistics, vendor coordination, and on-ground execution.
Ensure a seamless customer experience during activations.
Support weekend events when required (comp-offs provided).
Cross-Functional Coordination
Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Customer Experience teams.
Support product launches and business initiatives.
