Position: HSE Executive (Health, Safety & Setting)

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with Factory Act, EHS regulations, and statutory requirements.
Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments across the manufacturing facility.
Organize safety trainings, toolbox talks, and emergency preparedness drills.
Investigate incidents, near misses, and recommend corrective & preventive actions.
Monitor usage of PPE and promote a solid safety culture.
Maintain HSE documentation, records, and statutory registers.
Coordinate with government authorities for inspections and regulatory compliance.
Support implementation of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and EHS management systems.
Monitor waste management, environmental compliance, fire safety,



and occupational health initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile
B.E./B.Tech in Safety, Industrial Safety, Environmental Engineering, or relevant discipline.
Diploma/PG Diploma in Industrial Safety preferred.
25 years of HSE experience in FMCG, Pharma, Personal Care, Chemical, or Manufacturing industries.
Valuable knowledge of statutory safety regulations, fire safety, and environmental compliance.
Strong communication, documentation, and coordination skills.
