Experienced Medical Coder specializing in with a minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience.
The candidate will be responsible for accurately reviewing clinical documentation and assigning appropriate CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes in compliance with industry standards and payer guidelines. Experience in multi-specialty coding will be considered an added advantage.
Candidate Profile
2+ years of experience medical coding with solid knowledge of CPT, ICD-10-CM, and HCPCS
Valid certification such as CPC, CCS, or equivalent
Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems, coding guidelines, and payer requirements. Prior experience with eCW and EPIC is preferable.
Multi-specialty coding experience and exposure to audits or denial management are added advantages.
