• Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales targets, projecting expected sales volume, collection and profit.

• Ensuring superior customer relations and account management and play leadership role with key customers.

• Monitor and evaluate current business prospects and converting them into our customers.

• Identifying the current opportunities and future needs.

• Travel for in-person, meeting with customers and partners and to develop key relationships

• Defining performance criteria's for the Industrial team and their continuous evaluations against those.

• Ensure training & development of the team.

• Should have basic technical knowledge to handle the preliminary technical issue.

• Responsible for Account reconciliation.
