We are looking for an experienced Certinia Functional Lead / Consultant with robust expertise in Certinia (formerly FinancialForce) Professional Services Automation (PSA). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in leading end-to-end Certinia implementations, gathering business requirements, configuring PSA solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver successful enterprise projects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead business discovery workshops and gather functional requirements.
Analyze business processes and translate them into scalable Certinia PSA solutions.
Configure and implement Certinia PSA modules based on business needs.
Collaborate with Solution Architects, Salesforce Developers, QA, and Integration teams.
Prepare functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and documentation.
Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect management, and business validation.
Support cutover planning, go-live activities, and post-production (Hypercare) support.
Deliver end-user training and knowledge transfer sessions.
Recommend process improvements and platform optimization.

Experience working with enterprise clients and cross-functional teams.
